Inspired by our FLATS, our grain bowls consist of a base of warm protein-rich gluten-free grains (brown rice, quinoa, sorghum), along with a plant-based protein, topped with beans or lentils as well various greens – all finished with a specialty dressing. Or if you'd rather "hold the grains", you can have all that veggie goodness on a bed of greens!
